2010 National Severe Weather Workshop
Embassy Suites Conference Center
Norman, Oklahoma
Leading and innovative companies providing services in emergency response, preparedness, and meteorological information will showcase their products and services at the 2010 National Severe Weather Workshop (2010 NSWW) in Norman.
The goal of the 2010 NSWW is to provide useful, actionable information to the expected 400-500 participants, including emergency managers, public safety officials, mass media meteorologists, students and weather enthusiasts from across the country. About 100-200 additional people, mostly public safety personnel and volunteer storm spotters from Oklahoma, are expected to attend storm spotter training sessions on Saturday afternoon.
